Enrolment Process

Our enrolment pathway outlines the steps from application review through to your child's first Orientation Day.

1

1. Application Reviewed

Upon receipt of completed documents, the Headmaster reviews the application. Depending on the target grade, students may be invited to a College Day (Pre-K/K) or a formal interview (Years 1-12). If no vacancy exists, families can choose to be placed on a waiting list.

2

2. College Day (Pre-K & K Only)

Incoming Transition or Kindergarten students join a 1.5-hour daily program for familiarisation. Parents can discuss the session with Teaching Staff at pick-up. Following this day, a parent-student interview may be arranged at the Headmaster’s discretion.

3

3. The Interview

Interviews are conducted by the Headmaster or a delegated representative. This session incorporates an interactive tour of the College Campus and provides families with a dedicated opportunity to ask questions.

4

4. Letter of Offer

If a vacancy exists, a formal Letter of Offer is issued, which must be signed and returned within 14 days. If no immediate place is available, students can elect to join the waiting list to proceed when a spot opens up.

5

5. Acceptance of Offer

To finalize the enrolment place, families return the signed Letter of Offer and accompanying documentation alongside a non-refundable acceptance fee of $500.00 per student (capped at a maximum of $1,000.00 per family).

6

6. Orientation Day

For students commencing at the start of the year, a Saturday morning Orientation Day is held in late October of the preceding year. The Enrolments Team distributes formal invitations and event information closer to the date.
